Cluster Groups Meeting & Events Executive

We are expanding our Groups, Meetings and Events team and are looking for a Cluster Groups Meeting and Events Executive to join our Commercial team at Hilton Malta, dealing mainly with the MICE business.

The selected candidate will work with and support the Groups, Meetings and Events team with:

• Receiving and converting incoming enquiries, to achieve targets and maximize revenue


• Driving sales activities and achieving business objectives


• Build and maintain good relationships with clients


• Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds


• Participate in hotel promotional activities


• Logistics and handling of events


• Liaising with clients / group organisers to make necessary arrangements for events


• Working with hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation during events


• Timely organisation and distribution of all administrative documents
