Hili Ventures is seeking to recruit a Technical Support Officer to join its growing Group IT Team. Based in Malta and reporting to the Group ICT Operations Manager, the Technical Support Officer possesses a diverse skill set, including excellent communication and technical skills and the ability to solve complex issues in the shortest possible time.

Candidates with CompTIA, Apple Certification, Microsoft MCP / MSCA and / or ITIL certification will be given preference.

Responsibilities
- Answers incoming support calls,
- Updates the Service Management System,
- Provides first and second line support in a timely fashion, while providing the highest level of customer service,
- Escalates to support teams or contractors appropriately.
Requirements
The successful candidate should:
- Possess two years’ experience and technical qualifications in IT,
- Will be proficient in the application of Microsoft systems (Office 365 suite, Server and end-user Device Operating System, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs),
- Possesses a good knowledge of Apple operating systems, effective documentation skills,
- Possesses a basic knowledge of networking (basic switching, patching).
