Delivery & Operations Specialist

Green Thumb Farm is actively seeking a Delivery and Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, your primary responsibility is ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our microgreens, edible flowers, pea shoots, and garnish products. Beyond deliveries, engage in diverse operational tasks crucial to our farm's success.

As a vital team member, your role spans from ensuring the impeccable condition and prompt delivery of our products to actively participating in their preparation, packaging, and various other operational duties.

The position demands physical stamina, possibly involving extended hours and a variety of tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, delivering produce, cleaning equipment, and handling heavy objects.

We're seeking a candidate with a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, integrity, resilience, and a passion for thriving in a high-paced environment. A level of computer literacy is favourable and a willingness to undertake routine tasks like cleaning, washing, labelling, and organizing is essential.

While your main responsibility is overseeing deliveries, ideal candidates will exhibit prior farming experience, knowledge in hydroponic production of lettuces and/or edible flowers, or a background in the hospitality industry. Skills in photography, writing, or social media will stand you in good stead.

Work hours extend from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, with potential for variation based on seasonal demand. Weekend availability remains non-negotiable.
