Job Description

General Cleaners Co. Ltd. is a renowned cleaning company that has been operating for the last 30 years. Its main line of business is to provide cleaning services in various establishments, commercial areas, schools, banks, and offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment, applications for work permits, etc
  • Updating of vacation and sick leave of all our employees
  • Assisting our employees with any payroll queries
  • Collecting data and timings to process the necessary payments to our employees
  • Assisting HR Manager in other general duties

Skills needed:

  • Experience with Shireburn Payroll will be considered an asset
  • Able to communicate well both in Maltese and English
  • Must be computer literate
