GCS Malta is looking for a Software Support Executive to join one of Malta’s leading software provider companies.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and prioritizing user requests for software and networking issues.
- Handling client calls during office hours and gathering information for diagnostics.
- Identifying hardware-related problems and troubleshooting user issues.
- Logging calls, updating the knowledge base, and preparing incident reports.
- Consulting with programmers on software errors and improvements.
- Testing software and hardware for usability.
- Training users and installing software at client sites.
- Analysing client needs and providing ongoing software support.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, as it is considered an asset.
Possess strong organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.
Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to continuously expanding knowledge and sharing expertise with others.
