Job Description

GasanZammit Motors Ltd is a leading Automotive and Marine company, representing a prestigious portfolio of world-renowned brands under one roof. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned part-time vacancy has now arisen.

The selected candidate will be responsible to administer warranty policy and carry out various administrative tasks within the warranty department whilst ensuring accurate record-keeping. S/he will be expected to liaise and maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers representatives.

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with a customer focus and meticulous approach to work with the ability to perform under pressure in meeting deadlines. Strong organisational, communication and computer literacy skills (especially Microsoft Office applications) combined with a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the automotive industry will be considered an asset.
