GasanZammit Motors Ltd is a leading Automotive and Marine company, representing a prestigious portfolio of world-renowned brands under one roof. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Clerk to join our dynamic team on a full-time / part-time basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Logistics department which will include preparing related documentation, maintaining records, preparing logistic reports and ensuring all corresponding data is kept updated respecting logistic procedures. S/he will also provide a link between the department and external institutions displaying confidence and excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with a customer focus and meticulous approach to work with the ability to perform under pressure in meeting deadlines. Strong organizational, communication and computer literacy skills (especially Microsoft Office applications) combined with a ‘can do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
