We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Marketing / Sales operator to join our team at our Birkirkara head office.
This part-time job is available immediately.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing plans to promote travel packages and services.
- Find and connect with potential customers through social media, email, events, and more.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with current clients and look for new sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage content for promotional materials, websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Work with travel partners and suppliers to create appealing offers and packages.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry best practices, and share insights with the team.
- Provide clients with information and advice concerning their visits to Poland.
- Sell travel packages.
- Dealing with clients’ queries through social media.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to measure marketing performance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about travel.
- Willing to travel occasionally for work (e.g., meetings, events).
