Maintenance Person

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment within the warehouse. Your role is critical to minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

The Maintenance Person will report to the Operations Manager.

The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on warehouse machinery, equipment, and building systems.


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor plumbing issues.


• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.


• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.


• Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs.


• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in the workplace.


• Work closely with warehouse management and other departments to minimize disruptions to operations.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.


• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Physically fit and healthy.


• Possess a clean police conduct.


• Able to work on own initiative.


• Minimum driving licence B.


• Able to write and converse in Maltese and English.
