We are a well-established furniture company based in Msida, seeking a mature and responsible individual to join our team in an administrative role.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with the possibility of working full-time reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer claims for damages and repairs

  • Following up with clients and ensuring timely resolution

  • Logging claims and overseeing the after-sales process

  • Booking technician visits and ordering replacement parts

  • Managing paperwork and overseeing internal processes

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth workflow


Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Maltese (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

  • Experience with Shireburn software is an asset

  • Previous experience in customer care or claims handling is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail

  • Positive and professional attitude
