Falcotrans Ltd, an established Logistics Firm, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team! The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our office environment runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will excel at administrative work, have great communication skills, and be able to multitask efficiently.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Responsibilities Will Include

  • Performing data entry into the accounting and time and attendance software

  • Providing administrative support to other staff members in the Accounts department

  • Conducting any other administrative tasks as needed by the Financial Controller / Human Resources Officer

  • Maintaining office filing

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and prioritize tasks

  • Good command of English and Maltese; Italian would be an asset

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Willing to learn and be a team-player


Education and Experience

  • A' level standard of education / MCAST diploma would be considered an asset

  • Basic accounting knowledge would be ideal

  • Previous experience in an administrative role would be an asset but continuous on-the-job training will be provided

  • Remuneration will be based on experience
