As our HR Administrator, you will form part of the Malta HR function and will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day tasks. You will be holding weekly induction meetings and information sessions to new employees whilst liaising heavily with the Operations department. This position also entails working on monthly reports whilst assisting in HR ad hoc projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting employment contracts as required
  • 1st line support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave, etc)
  • General HR administration duties such as managing the loyalty bonus scheme
  • Updating and maintaining HR Malta Wiki pages
  • Responsible for TTS account creation
  • Uploading documentation on internal systems
  • Maintenance of organisational charts on HRIS and on confluence
  • Auditing of employees’ static details across the HR databases
  • Maintenance of employee personal files including tracking of any files
  • Filing and maintaining archive system
  • Ensuring employee data is stored in line with legislative and Group policies
  • Maintenance of the job description folder
  • Managing induction programme (i.e. preparing onboarding packs, delivering presentation etc.)
  • Support with the work permit process

Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Working experience in a similar position
  • A good understanding of HR and talent acquisition processes
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with work permit applications would be considered an asset
  • Experience working with an HRIS would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and in writing
  • Able to handle sensitive information and communicate effectively
  • Ability to communicate with sensitivity, internally and externally
