Job Description

Eurosport, specialists and market leaders in sports retail are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media and Brand Executive to join their marketing team. This role will focus primarily on Eurosport (www.eurosport.com.mt) and involves working with top sports and fashion brands, including Adidas and many more.

You will be key to driving the digital presence of our brands through exceptional content creation and robust social media management. If you have a passion for sports, branding, and social media, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools like the Meta Business Suite, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Social Media Management
    • Develop high-quality, creative content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
    • Use Meta Business Suite to manage, schedule, and monitor posts, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Campaign and Strategy Execution
    • Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, from inception to analysis.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align on brand messaging and business goals.
    • Set clear KPIs for each campaign and track performance using data-driven insights.
    • Continuously optimize social media strategies for better engagement and results.
  • Brand and Event Management
    • Coordinate and manage brand campaigns, product launches, and special events.
    • Integrate digital strategies into event promotions to maximize visibility.
    • Promote and cover events across social platforms, ensuring high engagement and reach.
  • Sponsorship and Influencer Management
    • Manage relationships with sponsored athletes, influencers, and clubs, ensuring deliverables are met.
    • Oversee sponsorship contracts, ensuring brand alignment with all partnerships.
    • Track the performance and ROI of influencer and sponsorship collaborations.

Additional Duties

  • Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop media plans that align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Conduct research into industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, as well as other tools like Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the sports or retail industry is a plus.
