Compliance & AML Assistant

Erremme Business Advisors is recruiting a Compliance and AML Assistant for its growing Compliance team. This role shall serve both internal as well as client’s necessities.

Duties

• Drafting of AML procedures for internal use and for clients when needed;


• Prepare Business Risk Assessments and other reviews required in coordination with the MLRO;


• Review compliance matters with respect to GDPR and Companies Act in discussion with superior;


• Engage in KYC and CDD-related processes;


• Monitoring and reporting any suspicious transactions or risk scenarios to superior;


• Follow compliance-related processes as deemed necessary by the assigned superior;


• Aid in streamlining standard operating procedures if deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Qualifications related to Compliance, AML or Law are considered a strong asset;


• Fluency in English is a necessity.
