We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst – Channels Commissions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and managing the commissions for our various sales channels, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will play a crucial role in recommending sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and providing financial insights to drive decision-making.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst – Channels Commissions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and managing the commissions for our various sales channels, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will play a crucial role in recommending sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and providing financial insights to drive decision-making.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
- Recommend and communicate the sales targets across all sales channels.
- Monitor and communicate campaign and sales performance across channels.
- Responsible to see through the commission calculation and execution of payments across sales channels.
- Monitor and analyze commission data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide financial insights and support for decision-making related to sales performance and incentives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers and Finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Experience in financial operations, particularly in the calculation and management of sales commissions, is highly desirable.
- Candidates pursuing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) program or any other Finance qualification will be given preferential consideration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
