We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to source new clients and new candidates for our Recruitment department.
- Degree and/ or equivalent in Sales and/or Recruitment
- Proven experience as Recruitment Specialist or other recruiting-related role involving sales responsibilities;
- Experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding);
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Capable to work under pressure;
- Capable to work with KPIs and making sure to meet KPIs for the department.
- Onboarding of new companies and clients;
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients;
- Coordinate hiring activities;
- Maintain candidate database;
- Research and identify new vacancies;
- Cold calling to prospective companies;
- Building a solid relationship with HR managers.
