We are currently seeking an HR Operations Associate to join our team.

The Role
In this role, you will be supporting EMCS management with all aspects of the project, in particular the administrative requirements of the temporary worker’s (interim’s) life cycle.

Duties

  • Handling all administrative processes relative to onboarding and off-boarding of interims from pre-selection to post-termination

  • Support management with absence management records and performance appraisal documentation

  • Updating and maintaining all other HR records and the HRIS (Talexio)

  • Collecting, verifying, calculating and entering data relative to time and attendance in preparation for payroll

  • Communicating with interims mainly via email or calls and assisting management with one-to-one meetings

  • Data-inputting, mail-handling and issuing / processing any documents or reports as required

  • Assisting management with any other tasks relative to this project as the need arises


Essentially Primary Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: A' level standard of education (candidates with an HR qualification will be preferred

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in administration (candidates hailing from a HR background will be preferred)

  • Customer service background
