Are you an ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career in the insurance industry? We are seeking to recruit a Motor Claims Officer within our Motor Claims department.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Processing motor claims, collating detailed information and required documentation.


• Monitoring the progress of a claim and providing feedback to the customer.


• Processing surveys and bills related to the claims.


• Liaise with the team to determine liability and negotiate the terms of a claim.


• Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an advanced level of education.


• Possess a sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.


• Display excellent customer service skills.


• Be capable of communicating effectively in both English and Maltese.

Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector would be considered an asset.
