Project Manager

Elbros Homes is a leading property development business. The company forms part of Elbros Group, which is amongst one of the most important construction entities in the country.

The Company is seeking to recruit a Project Manager who shall be primarily responsible for the finishing stages of its development projects

The chosen candidate will report to the Directors and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Providing management insight and supervision of the trades/finishing phase of the project and ensuring that works are progressing in accordance to the agreed specifications, good workmanship and within stipulated timeframes


• Coordination and direct liaison with all sub-contractors deployed at various sites of the group


• Seeing to any reported shortcomings including rectifying any safety violations


• Preparation of budgets and estimated (trade) costings at inception of the project


• Measurement and certification of on-site (trade) works


• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Directors

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a site / project / turnkey management role


• Be computer literate and proficient in the use of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Projects


• Be motivated and able to work on his / her own initiate, unsupervised and part of a team whilst adhering to deadlines


• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to multi-task


• Good oral and written communication skills


• Clean driving license and police conduct report


• Valid working permit


• Preference will be given to applicants holding a relevant qualification in architecture / project management (or related)
