We are looking for a Photographer / Videographer (part-time).

Your tasks as Photographer / Videographer will include (non-exhaustive):

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
  • Taking professional pictures and videos in a studio or on location
  • Directing models for the poses, mood, and overall feel of the product shots
  • Using and maintaining modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses, etc.)
  • Arranging objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications
  • Ensuring that all provided photo equipment is looked after and stored away correctly
  • Archiving photographic images and maintaining the database
  • Using different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
  • Using photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
  • Recommending creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
  • Using artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
  • Reviewing sets of photographs and select the best results
  • Editing photo and video content to finished product
  • Operating various photographic equipment such as single-lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras, video cameras, and lighting
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks as required

Prerequisites for this position are:

  • In-depth experience as a photographer / videographer
  • Skilled in photography / videography of people, landscapes, buildings, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with traditional and modern photo equipment
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
