We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our growing team!

Your tasks as a Personal Assistant will include (non-exhaustive):

  • Working closely with and reporting to management
  • Initial contact person for office operations
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
  • Office management
  • Calendar management, organizing and attending meetings and events
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other third parties
  • Assisting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Performing other tasks as required

Requirements for the role:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Taking a proactive and mature approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
  • English native or near-native, knowledge of German, considered a plus
  • High attention to details and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines
  • Able to multitask with a positive friendly attitude
  • Proven experience in the same or similar role
