We are currently looking for an F&B Manager for San Antonio Hotel + Spa.
As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are met, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will lead a dedicated team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive business performance in line with the hotel’s vision of excellence.
Job Role
Oversee daily food and beverage operations to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
Manage and motivate the F&B team, ensuring all standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are met.
Respond efficiently to customer complaints, resolving issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Regularly assess product quality, research new suppliers, and manage vendor relations.
Collaborate with the Events Department to coordinate F&B services during hotel events.
Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring all team members are supported.
Prepare and manage departmental schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
Analyze F&B revenue performance and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Control operational costs, identifying measures to reduce waste and enhance cost efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Strong command of written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and revenue performance.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
