We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure we continue to bring on board the right people to drive our company’s success.
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent for our restaurant operations across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future restaurant positions, from front-of-house staff to culinary professionals.
- Candidate Screening and Interviews:
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within our diverse restaurant environments.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with restaurant managers and team leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with restaurant managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the restaurant industry.
- Provide guidance and expertise on restaurant-specific recruitment best practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for db Group, showcasing our company culture and values to prospective restaurant employees.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in restaurant recruitment to continuously refine our talent acquisition approach.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting for the restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in sourcing and placing candidates in various restaurant roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and management positions.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems).
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices specific to the restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment within the restaurant sector.
- Understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape in restaurant recruitment.
