We are currently looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our Purchasing team.
Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Place and track purchase orders for supplies and materials.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Supplier Relations:
Communicate with and evaluate suppliers.
Receiving and Inspection:
Check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
Out Of Stocks:
Monitor out of stock and reorder with best second recorded price.
About You
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving. Good organisational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. S/he will be working in a team so good people skills are a must.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in purchasing.
IT Proficiency especially in Word and Excel.
