Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team.

The chosen candidate will help the company operate day to day, whilst providing adequate support throughout the team to work efficiently and undertake several administrative tasks.

Whilst prior experience in a similar position would be a plus, job training will be provided to the chosen candidate with the right skills and attitude.

The role will include clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, inputting of basic data on our administrative, compliance and bookkeeping systems, monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies etc. You will also be tasked with coordinating with the IT, equipment and service suppliers and with coordinating appointments, meetings and other client requirements during client visits.

Good organisational skills, an ability to work under his/her own initiative and a willingness to learn are considered a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally also in Maltese are considered an asset. Computer literacy is a must. Multitasking and a positive attitude, as well as an attention to detail and accuracy are considered assets. A team work approach is our philosophy.
