We are currently seeking an HR & Events Coordinator to join our team.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, as well as, planning, organising, and executing company events.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, as well as, planning, organising, and executing company events.
Responsibilities
- Organise internal events, including team-building activities, Company staff events, and CSR events, ensuring every detail is executed smoothly;
- Develop event communications, including invites, agendas, and post-event follow-ups, ensuring employees are informed and engaged;
- Gather feedback on events to continuously improve future event planning and organisation;
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and service providers, managing contracts, logistics, and budgets to ensure successful events;
- Manage the Employee Recognition Program, including anniversaries, birthdays, etc;
- Monitor the effectiveness of employee benefits (discounts, meals, parking, gym memberships) and making recommendations;
- Coordinate the creation and communication of the employee newsletter;
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure effective workplace communication.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a role involving event planning.
Skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of Google suite and HRMS software;
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills;
- Able to handle stress and remain calm;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership;
- A creative mindset with a can-do attitude;
- Strong work ethic with a flexible attitude towards work;
