Job Description

As a project co-ordinator you will join our Employment Relations team and focus on third-party employment cases relating to terminations, monetary claims and other employment disputes which may arise.

Required:

  • Have an MQF level 5 (diploma) or higher in payroll or equivalent or 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA) and other employment legal notices and wage regulation orders is preferred
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Have the ability to produce accurate detailed reports as necessary within timeframes and with accordance with the employment law
  • All experts must be fluent in the Maltese and English language

Roles:

  • The calculations of monetary claims arising from termination cases in accordance with the employment law and to settle any pending issues between the employee and employer
  • Drawing up of statement of account and officially disclose financial obligations arising from claims to respective employees
  • And any other duties in relation to the termination claims
  • In-depth training will be provided
