This role has a wide range of tasks and activities. The work routines and activities are allocated by the Finishing Manager and / or Line Lead to meet production requirements.
Knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:
- O’ level standard in preferably English, Maltese and Mathematics.
- Production line or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to work on 2-shift basis (morning shift and afternoon shift).
- Exhibits a positive attitude and initiative.
- Must have motivation and interpersonal skills.
- To always act and behave in a way compliant with all Company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to Environment Health and Safety, ethics and codes of conduct.
