We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to join our team and lead the growth and development of our employees across a cluster of prestigious hotels. Your role will include:

• Leading the delivery of dynamic training sessions across all departments and hotels, creating an environment that motivates employees to develop skills and behaviours aligned with business objectives.


• Regularly engaging with employees on the ground, providing real-time coaching and support to ensure that learning is embedded into daily operations.


• Proactively analysing feedback and performance data to identify training needs and prioritize impactful L&D initiatives.


• Creating innovative training programs tailored to the unique challenges of each department, using a mix of classroom sessions, and on-the-job training.


• Mentoring employees at all levels, focusing on leadership development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


• Collaborating with senior management to align L&D strategies with our business goals and drive operational excellence, while leading, coaching, and guiding a team of direct reports to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
