Job Description

The candidate’s primary responsibility will be that of administering properties for long lets primarily located in Sliema and San Gwann (work office location will be in B’Kara).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with estate agents regarding the availability of apartments, rates and viewings occasionally after office hours
  • Carrying out inventory checks on arrival and departure of tenants
  • Registering contracts with housing authority
  • Carrying out errands related to re-stocking of apartments using company car
  • Communicating with tenants on any queries
  • Other office duties and assisting the Directors

The ideal candidate is expected to:

  • Have a smart and outgoing personality
  • Be mature and motivated
  • Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills
  • Have a good level of education
  • Be proficient in office routines and tasks – typing skills are essential
  • Possess a driving licence
  • Be fully conversant with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
