About the role!
We require candidates who are looking for a career in Customer Care. If this will be your first work experience, don’t be hesitant to apply as we will provide you with all the necessary training.

The Customer Support Agent will be assisting customers over the phone in both Maltese and English with queries related to the services the client’s business provides. This position is on a full-time basis, with an indefinite contract.

Working hours
The call centre operating hours are 24/7, Monday to Sunday however, we do have various sections with different working hours. Employees work five days a week on rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night depending on the section. Rosters are issued at least two weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and provide information to the customers, dealing with customer complaints professionally when necessary;
  • Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate on-going improvements in our service quality and customer experience;
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Maltese and English is required;
  • Good team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good customer service skills from previous job experience are considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates;
  • Technical skills: familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Word processing skills be able to type 30 WPM.
