Sales & Marketing Specialist

Cast Group and one of its subsidiaries Cast Renting Limited, whose main sector is renting of commercial and residential apartments, offices, and hostels around Sliema, St. Julians, Msida and Gzira areas are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to work within the group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth


• Manage social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to increase brand awareness


• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research


• Create compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional content


• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimize marketing and sales efforts


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CRM, Google Analytics)


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
