For this reason, we are looking to recruit an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to join the Online Casino operations team. The Operational Compliance Manager (m/f/d) will be working closely with the Compliance team and will be responsible for the execution of Compliance measures in accordance with regulations related to responsible gaming, anti-money laundering, and data protection, with a specific focus on Germany. This role requires a strong operational background, keen understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement and execute the processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Operational Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and implement responsible gaming operational policies and procedures
  • Furthermore, you will provide training and support to customer service representatives on responsible gaming practices
  • Moreover, you will oversee the configuration of Neccton Mentor tool
  • In addition, you will evaluate PEP and sanction list hits and escalate real hits to the Compliance team
  • Finally, you will conduct under the guidance of the Compliance team risk assessments and due diligence on customers to identify potential money laundering activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the online gaming industry, with specific experience in responsible gaming,  AML, and data protection, particularly for the German market
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, including responsible gaming standards, AML laws, data protection regulations, and specific requirements in Germany
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to operational processes
  • Exceptional German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience in people management
