Guest Care Host

Casa Ellul is a renowned small luxury boutique hotel that has been open since 2014. We value our guests and employees equally and strive to provide a unique and professional experience for all.

We are currently seeking an individual with a vibrant and outgoing personality who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the booking system efficiently and keep guest’s profiles updated


• Be aware of future booking constraints at all times


• Have a good knowledge of all food and drinks offered


• Co-ordinate large bookings with the Manager


• Greet warmly incoming and departing guests


• Engage naturally with guests


• Serve breakfast

Requirements:

• Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised


• A high standard of personal presentation


• Confident, professional and welcoming personality


• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English


• Availability to work in shifts as needed


• Holds a local food handling license in accordance with the food safety commission of Malta
