Job Description

Carerise Ltd is looking for an HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources activities of a nursing home.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR department, giving special attention to recruitment and talent creation
  • Take ownership of the company’s HR policies, highlight gaps and implement initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace policies
  • Lead any departmental investigation involving HR-related matters, and the respective corrective actions
  • Prepare HR-related reports on a regular basis for top management
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Facility and Operations Manager to reach company objectives

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Human Resources
  • Knowledgeable of HRM disciplines and administration
  • An active listener
  • Ethical, reliable and results-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
