Job Description
Carerise Ltd is looking for an HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources activities of a nursing home.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR department, giving special attention to recruitment and talent creation
- Take ownership of the company’s HR policies, highlight gaps and implement initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace policies
- Lead any departmental investigation involving HR-related matters, and the respective corrective actions
- Prepare HR-related reports on a regular basis for top management
- Work hand-in-hand with the Facility and Operations Manager to reach company objectives
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Human Resources
- Knowledgeable of HRM disciplines and administration
- An active listener
- Ethical, reliable and results-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
