We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our Sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our diverse range of products and managing travel arrangements tailored to our clients' needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients plan memorable and stress-free travel experience
Key responsibilities:
- Process bookings and manage reservations efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on bookings to ensure smooth operations.
- Cross-sell travel products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with product Development team to coordinate tour logistics.
- Assist clients in booking insurance policies.
- Design personalized itineraries based on clients' interests and preferences.
- Travel abroad as needed for business-related purposes.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote the company’s tours through multiple marketing channels.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative duties related to tour operations.
Required skills and responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Fluency in Maltese and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Personal travel experience will be considered an asset.
