This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and proven recruiter who aspires to ultimately be responsible for overseeing and growing their own business unit (with P&L responsibility). Bradford Jacobs is keen to hear your ideas and work as a partner to enable you to successfully execute your plans, acting as a catalyst for you to achieve your goals. Initially, your main duties will include:

  • Account management of clients who have purchased other group services with the aim to source recruitment requirements
  • Develop new clients that fits with the group’s ‘Ideal Client Profile’ (ICP)
  • Upsell and cross-sell group services at all times – spotting opportunities for other Bradford Jacobs revenue desks
  • Create and deliver to a business plan for the chosen market and sales strategy
  • To manage the end to end recruitment process for all requirements
  • Work with and manage the RPO network to ensure requirements are efficiently resourced for and KPI’s are met
  • Resource for candidates when required
  • Ensure CRM and recruitment systems are used at all times

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3-4 years 360 recruitment experience
  • A demonstrably regular biller
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, team-player, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Languages a bonus
