As we grow and develop, we are restructuring the HR team and are now recruiting an HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Based at our head office in Burmarrad, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence.
- Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants in collaboration with departmental managers.
- Participating in employee inductions and orientations.
- Understanding employee requirements and drafting documents and letters as required.
- Working with Managers to identify training needs and coordinating training sessions.
- Offering support on talent reviews, and collaborating with managers to ensure best practice and effective employee retention.
- Collaborating with the Payroll and Administration departments on day-to-day payroll queries.
- Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required.
- Keeping the ‘Jobsplus’ portal updated.
- Updating HR-related records and reports.
- Assisting with other HR related day-to-day duties.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail.
- Fluent in both the English and Maltese languages.
- In possession of an A’ level standard of Education.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL-certified.
- Previous relevant work experience would be considered an asset.
