Job Description

As a Spanish Social Media Editor, you will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s Spanish Social Media channels from our office based in Sliema, Malta.

You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content, executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, as well as community management.

You will be creative, highly motivated, positive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having sound knowledge of social media platforms, sport and sports betting will be beneficial.

You will be working within the Marketing department in a team of five Social Media Editors, being in charge of different territories, and you will report directly to the Supervisor and Deputy Manager.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent standard of written Spanish.
  • Keen interest in sports and sports betting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to create and publish content that is tailored to the target audience’s interests and preferences across various platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and content.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy.
  • Knowledge of the varied features and best practices for different social media platforms to tailor content effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Collaborating with our Marketing team to align social media campaigns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Working closely with the design team to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitoring social media trends to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Staying updated with industry news and integrating this knowledge into social media content.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer activity on our social media platforms.
  • Analysing KPIs and adjusting content based on data insights.
