As a Live Casino Product Lead you will have a crucial role in shaping the future of our ever-growing live casino service through your valued experience.
We are seeking a forward-thinking, product-savvy individual to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our live casino offerings by driving product innovation and maximizing player engagement. This role combines your operational expertise with a deep understanding of live casino products and providers.
By staying abreast of live casino trends and innovations, you will develop a comprehensive product roadmap, including strategies to improve player acquisition and retention.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and selecting top live casino providers and maintaining strong relationships with these providers to enhance our game offerings and player experience across various markets.
You will also play a key role in developing the Live Casino team, creating personal development plans and collaborating with Senior Management to support growth and recruitment needs.
Additionally, you will work closely with Senior Management by producing detailed reports and participating in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in live casino management with a focus on product development.
- Deep understanding of live casino games, providers, and the competitive landscape.
- Proven success in developing and implementing product strategies to drive player engagement and revenue growth.
- Excellent written, presentation, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to develop and mentor individuals and teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders, peers, and Senior Management.
- Initiative and communication skills to provide suggestions and solutions to Senior Management.
- Passion for continuous improvement and challenging existing practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytical tools, and Atlassian Suite, with an interest in keeping up-to-date with technology and understanding technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify live casino trends and innovations.
- Developing and implementing a data-driven product roadmap focused on player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitoring and analysing product performance across markets to suggest improvements.
- Evaluating and selecting top live casino game providers based on variety, quality, player appeal, and technical specifications.
- Managing relationships with key providers, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing optimization.
- Overseeing the implementation of a multi-supplier live casino solution, optimizing game selection and player experience.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and launch dedicated live casino tables for specific player segments or markets.
- Mentoring Coordinators and Senior Coordinators, ensuring they have clear career paths and personal development plans.
- Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members and handling capability or disciplinary meetings if required.
- Collaborating with the Deputy Head of Gaming Product on headcount planning, recruitment, and maintaining the set headcount for the assigned area.
