Job Description

As the Head of Bay Digital you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy and overseeing all aspects of Bay’s digital marketing and online presence. You will also lead the digital operations to drive the success of our clients’ online presence. You will be responsible for using the company’s digital platforms to develop and implement cutting-edge digital strategies for our clients and deliver measurable results. As a dynamic leader, you will manage a team of digital experts, collaborate with our marketing and radio teams to ensure that the digital aspect is in line with the rest of the brand, and maintain a pulse on the latest digital trends and technologies in order to keep Bay Digital at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Digital team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team expertise.
  • Act as a digital expert and consultant for the team, providing strategic insights and thought leadership.
  • Drive content strategy and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of digital efforts and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze digital marketing metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Ensure that the team is developing and executing innovative digital strategies that support clients’ overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and insights.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and radio.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize tactics, and ensure campaigns achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present digital strategies and campaign results to sales team, showcasing the value and impact of our work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results.
