Dental Service Technician

Bart Enterprises Ltd, established since 1985 is a leading importer of dental and other healthcare products.

The Company enjoys a reputation for providing high-quality products backed with a reliable and effective after-sales service. As part of our ongoing focus on servicing, we are expanding our highly professional service team by seeking to recruit a full-time Dental Service Technician. The position entails the delivery of after-sales technical and maintenance services to our clients.

The successful applicant will join an established team of Dental Service Technicians within the Company.

Major duties will include:

• Administrative responsibility of the Technical department


• Installation of dental equipment


• Preventive maintenance calls


• Troubleshooting and fault-finding


• Repairs of dental equipment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a recognized technical qualification with experience in electronics, mechanics and pneumatics


• Be fluent in both English and Maltese


• Be in possession of at least an electrical license A (we will consider persons with higher qualifications)


• Be able to work on his / her own initiative


• Possess good management and organisational skills


• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a good team player


• Be a key link between the company and healthcare professionals


• Provide basic product information to clients


• Follow routine schedules and set your own meetings with Company expectations


• Be ready to travel overseas to attend training if necessary


• Hold a valid driving licence and a clean driving record


• Candidates having previous experience in a similar position and / or in possession of a science-related qualification will be considered an asset
