Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude


• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service


• Escort guests to their tables and present menus


• Provide accurate wait times and monitor dining sections


• Address guest inquiries and ensure they are well taken care of


• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area


• Collaborate with the waiting staff to ensure efficient table turnover

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Prior experience as a Host / Hostess or in customer service is a plus


• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Team player with a can-do attitude
