Position Summary
The Brickyard Supervisor work in the various storage and transportation settings at the manufacturing and materials handling facilities stages.

The Brickyard Supervisor work in the various storage and transportation settings at the manufacturing and materials handling facilities stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the finished products are properly stored in the designated areas in the yard.
- Coordinate work with the Sales Executive.
- Inspect delivered products both as regards quality and quantity and sign a respective delivery notes.
- Coordinate deliveries from precast production to the brickyard.
- Load finished products on the trucks.
- Unload just finished products from the production line to their storage.
- Prepare the necessary paperwork related to loaded products.
- Upkeep of the finished products’ yard.
- Ensure that only authorised employees are loading the products on the trucks.
- Clean up work area, and housekeeping.
- Report all accidents near misses, and injuries, no matter how slight, that occur on the job to Head of Department / HSE Officer.
- Wear personal protective equipment when working in hazardous areas, and/or as required.
- Inspect all equipment prior to use and report any unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure that you are in good health and not under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs when performing your work.
