Atlas Insurance is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our Customer Experience team. If you're passionate about operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Use a case management system to track and complete tasks, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and closed on time.
- Keep cases up to date by documenting actions, communications, and resolutions clearly.
- Work with other operational teams in insurance and claims to support customer training and onboarding.
- Monitor and maintain key metrics related to customer onboarding and data accuracy.
- Follow established procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Respond to user and customer inquiries via email and phone, providing consistent support and updates on case status.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks that help the team meet its goals.
Skills You'll Need:
- Experience with a case or ticketing system, handling requests via email and phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data management.
- Familiarity with common desktop applications such as Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to update cases and collaborate with other operational teams.
