In this varied and interesting position, the chosen candidate will be supporting the Property Management Department with the administration of the company’s properties related operations, managing budgets, processing of invoices and other administrative tasks. You will also support the team of personal assistants in their role. This position calls for a highly organised, pro-active, positive team player who enjoys working in a demanding and fast paced environment.
You must have a good educational background, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident personality. Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail is a must. Previous project management experience will be considered an asset.
- A level education or higher
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in an Administration / Office Management role
- IT proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
