The Job
The Admin Associate will be responsible for offering day-to-day support to the Health Claims department. In this position you will be required to offer customer care support to existing clients. You will also be required to greet and direct customers either over the phone or in person whilst also be responsible for other clerical and administrative duties such as sorting and distributing post, filing duties and scanning. Full on the job training will be provided.
About You
You must be an upbeat team player and a multi-tasker able to deal with a dynamic environment. A positive and supportive attitude is essential.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
- IT proficiency
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
- Experience in customer support would be considered an asset
