Aurobindo Pharma (Malta) Limited is the gateway for Aurobindo’s pharmaceutical products in Europe. The Malta operations commenced in 2008 offering analytical services, batch release, warehousing including logistics at a pan-European level.

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company procedures to ensure the full traceability of all commercial transactions from sourcing to procurement, sales and invoicing.

  • To remain impartial during all business transactions, thus protecting the best interest of the company at all times and to liaise with the Quality unit on all matters relating to purchasing of materials and services directly affecting quality.

  • To avoid and highlight to superiors any possible conflicting interests prior to the undertaking of any commercial transactions.

  • Goods acceptance of all incoming materials in the appropriate areas in line with supporting documentation i.e.: invoices / delivery notes and / or packing lists.

  • Goods receipt of all incoming materials on SAP Business One and the generation of corresponding documentation from SAP i.e.: GRF, sampling form and pallet labels.

  • Sampling of pharmaceutical finished products / secondary packaging materials according to approved instructions and internal SOPs.

  • Sampling and storage of reference / retention samples according to approved instructions and internal SOPs.

  • Reporting of quality defects or non-conformances identified during goods acceptance or sampling activities to the Quality unit.

  • Record of all internal movements of goods on a real-time basis; any issuance of goods from stores is to be recorded on the respective product records.

  • To follow and document (record) precisely all activities as described in the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
