Purpose of the Role
Apex Group Ltd is looking for a full-time Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing and Sales Executive will have a crucial role as they will be the key people who promotes and thinks of innovative ways to boost the company services and assists the sales department in its operations.

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is to have:

  • Minimum MQRIC Level 5 education
  • Marketing qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and holds an ECDL certificate
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English language
  • Driving Licence B
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly

Assets:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Role Responsibilities:

The Marketing Aspect

  • Promotes and thinks of new innovative ways of how to market the company services
  • Keep abreast with the new marketing strategies and brand development
  • Plans the Facebook pages posts
  • Researches material and creates posts and artwork on Facebook
  • Responds to Facebook queries on Apex Group Ltd services
  • Boosts posts on Facebook
  • Updates Apex websites with articles, job vacancies and other information
  • Liaises with the HR Department and publish job vacancies
  • Manages other online platforms, such as Yellow Pages and LinkedIn
  • Prepares promotional emails and organise their distribution
  • Looks for new stationery material to brand with the company logos
  • Keeps stock level of such stationery and merchandise
  • Updates and maintains company promotional material such as brochures and company profile
  • Organises and promotes employees’ social and well-being events
  • Creates flyers and follow-ups on attendances for employees’ social and well-being events

The Sales Aspect
To report and work in direct relation with the Group Operations Executive for the below tasks:

  • Chases payments
  • Answers to concerns or queries of prospective clients
  • Issues quotations
  • Organises home assessment for care clients
  • Closes off new agreements / sales with new clients
  • Passes information and details of confirmed clients to the Service Coordinator
  • Acquires clients’ feedback upon termination of service
  • Liaises with Group Operations Executive or Services Coordinator for any respective difficulties
  • Filing of any type of correspondence with clients or prospective clients
