To ensure an exceptional client experience, we are seeking a personable, professional, and skilled Receptionist to join our team.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, managing client relations, handling payments, and preparing refreshments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relations: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, manage appointments, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • ⁠Payment handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Barista duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using a barista coffee machine, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, coordinate with barbers, and accommodate client requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • ⁠Customer service: Address client concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, striving to provide solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • ⁠Environment upkeep: Ensure the reception area, waiting area, and barber’s stations are always clean, tidy, and well-organized to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Sales: Promote and sell grooming products and services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • ⁠Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, host, or in a similar customer service role. Experience in a high-profile or luxury service environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems and appointment scheduling software. Competence in using a barista coffee machine.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, grooming, and appearance suitable for a high-profile clientele.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
